Our Quality Department utilizes tools like Internal Audits, Continuous Improvement Workshops, APQP and Lean Manufacturing Training to enhance our efforts to improve our Customer’s experience. Both A&K Facilities are ISO 9001:2008 Certified and Certified by most Automotive OEM’s. We also utilize an on site Lab, capable of your daily paint spec requirements.

Our latest investment involves the way we track our production line’s efficiency through real time, statistical analysis. We’ve teamed up with the people of Hertzler, who are building us custom SPC computer stations on each one of our lines. Their SPC software makes it easy for us to access product data from any source, analyse in real time, and instantly alert us to variation. The Hertzler Gainseeker Software also provides:
